Special thanks to Matthew Smith for inviting me to record a "Deep Dive," on the 3-2 Match Up Zone that I ran at Frank Antonides School in West Long Branch. This "Deep Dive," consists of 55 minutes that includes game footage showing the alignments and adjustments to make the 3-2 Match Up Zone so effective against zone offenses.
